The RoleAs the Head of SHEQ, you will lead our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Departments and drive positive SHEQ culture throughout the business.In this important role, you will ensure we comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations. You will act as a senior point of contact for all SHEQ related advice and guidance for the SHEQ Departments and the Senior Leadership Team.Leading and developing the SHEQ Team, you will ensure a consistently high level of service and support to colleagues throughout the company, which will enable us to effectively manage the quality of our services.About YouTo join us as the Head of SHEQ, you will need:- Significant and demonstrable experience of achieving highly effective health, safety, environmental and quality performance within a business context- Commercial awareness with the ability to quantify levels of risk against cost- A NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma or a degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management- To be a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH)Other organisations may call this role Head of Health & Safety, Head of H&S, Head of Safety, Environmental & Quality, Head of Risk, Health, Safety and Compliance, Head of Quality, SHEQ Lead, or SHEQ Director.This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm with 4pm finish on Fridays.Webrecruit and Able UK are equal opportunities employers, value diversity and are strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
