Job Description

A team that you could be part of.We are currently looking for Caretaker to provide an efficient and effective caretaking service. Full training will be provided.What you will be doing:

  • Attend quickly and effectively to emergencies as required during the working day.
  • Ensure that all communal areas inside (such as corridors, communal areas guest rooms and toilets) and outside are kept clean and tidy and safe from any obstructions.
  • To carry out general basic maintenance and minor repairs as required.
  • Carrying out health & safety inspections.
  • Liaising with customers and other service users.
  • Due to the nature of the role you may be required to travel to different locations.

  • Demonstrate transferable skills.
  • Have an understanding and/or experience of the needs of older people.
  • Can demonstrate high levels of customer service in a customer facing role.
  • Is self-motivated, quick to learn and can work on own initiative.
  • Has good knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Has a professional and positive attitude and works well as part of a team.
