Job Description

This exciting role of Team Assistant requires a highly organised and motivated individual with an eye for detail. Supporting a dynamic Life Science team in the Pharmaceuticals industry, the assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth runningof the departments operations.Client DetailsThis is a globally recognised company within the Life Science industry, boasting a large employee base. This is a 6 month FTC for a Team Assistant with potential for extension. The company are looking for an organised, proactive individual with excellentcommunication skills to join their team ASAP. The role is based in Hatfield with hybrid working.Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate and organise meetings and schedules
  • Maintain and update the teams documentation and databases
  • Handle internal and external communication professionally
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assist with project management tasks as needed
  • Uphold company confidentiality and security policies
  • Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
ProfileA successful Team Assistant should have:
