Conduct panel beating and restoration work on used cars and light motor vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. - Assess and repair collision damage, including dents, scratches, and structural issues, using appropriate toolsand techniques. - Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by filling and sanding imperfections, ensuring a smooth and even finish. - Align panels and components accurately, ensuring proper fitment and functionality, and assemble vehicle parts as needed.- Perform thorough inspections to identify and rectify any defects or issues ensuring the overall quality and safety of the repaired vehicles.- Work closely with other team members, including Paint Technicians and Mechanics, to ensure efficient work flow and timely completion of projects.Skills and Education:- Proven one year experience as a Panel Beater in the automotive industry.- In-depth knowledge of panel beating techniques, tools, and materials.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.- Certification or relevant training in panel beating is preferred.salary: up to £50k BasicDays: Mon-FriHours: 07:30am - 17:00pmTerm: PermanentRequired skills
