I am working with a leading player in the Pharmaceutical industry whose products really change the lives of patients throughout the world. Due to extensive investment in the company they are seeking a number of engineering professionals to join the team based in Hertfordshire.The company is seeking a PROCESS ENGINEER with a background in either Chemical, mechanical or electrical engineeringUsing your experience in engineering from high speed / high volume manufacturing and production and working closely with the maintenance engineering team, it will be your responsibility to look at the different manufacturing processes within the companys production areas in order to optimise the production cycle. You will be an integral part of the engineering team either working on solo projects or working with other process engineers on major products.This will include various elements such as reducing costs, improving quality and reducing waste. The role has a lot of scope which can include short and medium term projects, capex proposals (including the upgrading or purchasing of new machines) and working with other departments to improve the efficiency and capability of the production plant. The right engineer will have to demonstrate the ability to spot opportunities to improve the systems as well as come up with relevant solutions and take ownership of each improvement to see it through to implementation.Does this sound like youTo be considered you will need to demonstrate
