Spring are recruiting for an exceptional Fixed Mobile Network Engineer (Radio Access Networks) to work with an enterprise telephony solution. Role Responsibilities: o To conduct radio planning / design of Indoor small cells (PICO/DAS) office/campus cellular networkso To work with SIP protocolo Documentation of the radio - and installation planning o Coordination of the installation with customers and install partners o Supervision and approval of the antennas and network installation o Self-organization and control of all planning and installation activities in the region o Independent implementation of smaller installations at the customers site (such as installation of an antenna, a router) Qualifications & Experience: o Significant professional experience in planning and /or installation of GSM networks o Ideally you will be CCNA certifiedo Solid understanding of IP protocol o Whilst specific vendors are not required, ideally the successful candidate will have experience of major vendor kit, to include, Ericsson, Nortel, Huawei, Nokia (NSN), Cisco, Vodafone etc… o Any Picocell experience would be a significant advantage o Successfully completed technical degree or equivalent technical training with years of electrical experience o Experience in dealing directly with customers o Strong communication skills, responsibility and teamwork o Independent and proactive way of working and project organization as well as quick learner o Willingness to travel Apply now to be considered for THE hottest FMC Network Engineer role in the UK marketplace!Spring acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
