Job Description

Marketing Executive (Construction Industry)Location: HatfieldMonday to Friday 07:30 to 16:30Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for driving and delivering all marketing activity, including;

  • Manage and drive social media, video content, email campaigns, print and online advertising, newsletters and customer presentations.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all campaigns and interpret outcomes, suggest improvements.
  • Using initiative at all times, consistently evaluating and suggesting improvements to all channels and activities.
  • Create and amend new and current marketing collateral in InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Develop, edit, update and manage the website including SEO and PPC.
  • Manage and organise company gifts, samples and internal events.
  • Support sales with content and sale aids
Key Role Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • An interest in the construction / housebuilding industry is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good commercial awareness, result driven and focused
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent at working independently and using initiative
  • Competent user of InDesign with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Good IT and literacy skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
