This well-established company in St Albans is looking for someone who will be hardworking, has Window Server skills and a base understanding of how a network works to assist with end user troubleshooting to join their team ASAP.They need someone who can provide day to day support and the ability to understand problems described by non-technical people What Will This Role EntailThis role will involve responding to client IT support requests from any source in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
