Badenoch + Clark are working with an exceptional organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Process Implementation Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract. As Finance Process Implementation Accountant you will be responsible for designing and implementing financial processes in adherence with the Groups financial control framework. Along with a small team of professionals, you will be responsible for identifying key risks and/or deficiencies in workflow. Working with relevant stakeholders you will aim to transform the end-to-end process, implement change and train the business on how to embed and maintain the revised process.This is a hands-on senior role and an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional with plenty of scope to add value and implement and maintain a robust control framework reporting ultimately to the Head of Financial Control.AccountabilitiesResponsible for driving process improvements across all finance workflows e.g. order to cash, procure to pay, record to report etcResponsible for working across Finance, and the wider business, to deliver the required training to embed processes and controlsPresentation to Senior Finance Leadership in relation to Financial Processes and related controlsIdentification of process deficiencies and leading on the design and delivery of remediation plansHands on implementation of solutions where required to aid the businessAlignment of process flows with the Groups Financial Control FrameworkInputting into the vision for future development of the Groups financial control environmentSkills, Experience and QualificationsEssential:2+ years PQE (preferably ACA / ACCA)Desire to assess effectiveness and optimise financial systems & drive changeAbility to hold workshops, project manage and drive consensus across different stakeholder groupsExperience of understanding issues and breaking down problem statements Experience of implementing and documenting financial processesStrong communication, presentation and report writing skills If you are a qualified accountant with a strong background in process improvement, especially around Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report please apply to find out more.Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
