Field Support ExecutiveHatfield, Salary - £23,669.48 per annum, Permanent Position, 37.5 hours working week:Monday - Friday hours between 7am - 6 pm (1 in 4 weekends with 2 Lieu days)Saturday 8am - 5pm & Sunday 9am - 4pm2 bank holidays per year (days given back in lieu)What is the role of a Field Support ExecutiveAs a Field Support Executive you will be working within a small team with other experienced professionals. The role includes dispatching jobs to our field engineers as well as handling a variety of queries. Some of the responsibilities include making outboundcalls, mailbox management, liaising with various departments, tele-communication providers and field engineers about all aspects of our ATMs.Your role is to put into place a plan of action to ensure the lowest down time possible for any ATM with our field engineering team. With upwards of 1.5 million individual transactions every single day this job is great for people who are able to multi taskand think on their feet.This role requires you to think outside the box and problem solve, escalating to appropriate management where guidance is required. You are required to work as part of a team as well as an individual to ensure that set KPIs are achieved.What will I be doing as a Field Support Executive
