EIT Service Desk AnalystHatfield / Some remote working - 1 week per month working from homeCompetitive salary plus and 10% annual Bonus, health and Dental Insurance and other corporate benefitsOur client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a single point of contact for all EIT services and provide an exceptional standard of customer service to the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality EIT operational services withinagreed service levels.Tools and equipment used: * IT Service Management Tool (ServiceNow)* O365* Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager* Active Directory* VMWare tools* Mobile Devices (iOS)* Mobile Device Management Systems (MobileIron)Qualifications and education required:* Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline * Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience* Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience* ITIL certified (Foundation minimum)Skills and aptitude required:

  • Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience
  • Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience
  • ITIL certified (Foundation minimum).
  • Experience of delivering IT support following ITIL Best Practice Framework
  • Excellent understanding of IT technologies and support processes
  • Experience of dealing with service providers
