Digital Solutions ManagerHatfield / Remote working - 2 days in the office per weekCompetitive salary plus car allowance of £7,980 and 15% annual Bonus, health and Dental Insurance and other corporate benefitsOur client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to drive the EMEA Digital strategy across multi functional teams including Oncology and Neurology: Sales, Marketing and Medical through the development of a DigitisationCentre of Excellence. Working closely with the Digital Transformation Lead and in partnership with EMEA Commercial and Medical Affairs Business groups, collaborating on the aligned digital activities that support HCP engagement and the portfolio business strategies.Support the markets through understanding their digital propensity and adoption of Digitisation and work in collaboration with local marketing, medical and sales teams to develop a digital plan that will ensure the market operates in the new normal space. Workwith the markets to implement the range of digital solutions through cross functional approaches that optimises uptake of all channels in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Lead.Understand Digital Evolution and supported by the Digital transformation Lead and Business Solutions Director, incorporate ideas and trends into the affiliate plans, thus ensuring continuous digital enhancement by each market.
