Job Description

Data Migration LeadDue to Eisai EMEA replacing their current SAP ECC6 system with SAP S/4 HANA we require an experienced Data Lead to join the project team to support the Project Leadership in the planning, managing and controlling the SAP S4 HANA project.For this role, you will support the Project Director and a team ofWorkstream Leads, therefore good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Ultimately, you will ensure their projects meet quality standardsand are completed on time and within budget Main duties/responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data workstream
  • Lead SAP S/4 Data Architecture and Data Object definition in conjunction with Functional Consultants
  • Create and manage the data migration plan across the EMEA project ensuring timely delivery of data related tasks through trial loads, dress rehearsals, provision of data for testing and assuring efficient and effective cutover data load.
  • Lead and manage technical development of extract, transform and load tools/processes.
  • Coordinate data quality measurement and acceptance processes.
  • Define and coordinate data cleanse and data enrichment tasks.
  • Progress reporting for the data workstream in line with project governance and reporting requirements together with support to RAID controls.
    • Internal/external relationships
  • Report directly to Project Director EMEA SAP S4 HANA.
  • Interface proactively with the Global Project Team in Japan
  • Lead the Data Workstream
  • EMEA stream team members
  • External consultants (SI: Accenture)
  • The position will require a high degree of interaction with project team members and will be predominantly site/office based.
    • Skills and aptitude required:
  • Strong experience in Data Migration for global ERP programmes
  • Strong teamwork and excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong drive to deliver results along with the humility to roll up your sleeves and dig into the detail where required.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, evaluate and propose and action plan for success
  • Resilience and ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Experience of ERP project delivery in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable
