Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Content Creator:
  • Research, write/create, review, edit and update content for company website, external publications and social media platforms
  • Develop video and graphic content for company website and social media platforms
  • Devise a plan to develop and manage our online community, including responding to questions or complaints, working with key internal stakeholders to develop a robust and timely response process
  • Work with the Digital Analyst to report on the performance of our social media and online activities, analyse results and make recommendations for improvements
  • Support the launch of new and updated products and services by creating and delivering engaging online content
  • Attend, summarise, and participate in relevant exhibitions, presentations, seminars and meetings that support the achievement of the departmental goals
For this Content Creator role, the employer is looking for:
  • Relevant BA/BSc degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • 3Y+ Communications and/or Marketing experience
  • Experience of creating, including writing, strong, engaging content ranging from social media posts to blogs and feature articles
  • IT Literate; MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project
  • Creative Suite Literate: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro (or equivalent graphics/video editing software)
  • Capability to multi-task, prioritise and manage a diverse range of projects and tasks
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and communications including social media management
  • Understanding of SEO best practice
  • Good listening skills, with a mindset for curiosity and questioning
  • Excellent research, organisational and time-management skills
  • Creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, confident and articulate communicator capable of navigating across all levels of business
  • A diligent, analytical, self-motivational, passionate, and pro-active problem-solving mindset
  • A natural ability to collaborate within a team
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to personal development and challenges
  • A genuine interest in sustainability is desirable
