Job Description

Claims AssessorHatfield£21,000 - £24,000Full Time, 37.5 Hours - Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm (can be flexible)My client with open plan, friendly offices in Hatfield are looking for a new team member to join them.   • Undertake the assessment, administration and settlement of insurance claims ensuring all qualitystandards are met by adhering to defined processes
  • Maintain the effective management of agreed service levels
  • Effectively manage customer complaints in line with Company and FCA Guidelines
  • Direct provision of customer support when and where required
  • Liaising with our Partner vet groups and third parties via effective communication
    • The successful person will:
  • Qualified Veterinary Nurse is essential
  • Experience of complaint handing is preferred but not essential
  • Experience of contact centre systemsis preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of FCA regulations is desired but not essential
  • Have a natural flair for providing outstanding customer care
