Job Description

Buying Support Administrator£23,000 to £25,000 per annum20 days holiday + birthday + bank holidays + 1 day per year100 % office basedHatfieldMonday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pmBonus schemeThis is an amazing opportunity for a driven and ambitious person who would like to get into retail buying and product management.I am looking for a switched-on administrator who has solid skills but who wants to learn more. This would be an ideal second/third job. Any experience in buying/product management or education in fashion or marketing would be a bonus but is not essential.What is essential is that you can work autonomously, ask questions, take on challenges, keep up in a fast-paced team, learn, and have a sense of humour!In this role you will provide administrative support to the wider team and grow to have ownership of particular tasks.Responsibilities:- Research new products on the market, trends and potential suppliers.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information records.- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product catalogues and pricing lists.- Support the product development process by coordinating sample requests, tracking samples, and providing feedback to suppliers.- Support with Technical and Compliance records.- Provide administrative support to the buying team, including data entry, filing, and organising documents.Requirements:- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.- Passion for learning is essential.- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.If you think you have the right attitude and ambition to do well in this role then I would love to hear from you - please apply today!Despite our best efforts it is not always possible to respond to every application individually due to the high volume of responses we receive on each vacancy.
