Job Description

We are now recruiting for an administrator to join our field services team.What will I be responsible forYou will be joining us as part of the field services team, responsible for supporting all aspects of our field operations. This will involve:

  • Taking inbound calls from our agents
  • Maintaining clear, concise and accurate records on our systems
  • Ensure our field processes run smoothly and to our client deadlines
  • Liaising with our clients, responding to queries and providing updates
  • Checking supplier and agent invoices and inputting into our systems
  • Support the rest of the field services team as needed
  • Who are we looking forOur ideal administrator will have the following skills:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious
  • Confident and proactive
  • Strong IT skills
  • Previous utility industry experience will be an asset but not necessary
