Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to manage a range of long standing established clients accounts; within a corporate global firm that are predicted 100% growth in the company years. You will be a pivotal member of the team, managing longterm established national accounts, ensure their merchant accounts are managed effectively, are receiving exceptional customer service and client account issues are investigated and resolved. You will enjoy liaising with a variety of internal teams; creditcontrol, sales, operations, finance, compliance etc. your role will be extremely varied. The role is initially a 12 month contract and there is absolutely no sales responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for your clients, investigating and resolving any queries. Ensuring prompt and effective communication that allows you to build long term professional relationships.
  • Work closely with your clients to ensure billing and invoice resolutions
  • Producing regular reports via Excel and SAP CRM for clients and internal departments.
  • Working closely with the Sales team to ensure clients accounts remain active while in financial disputes
  • Ensuring all systems are maintained and updated (mainly CRM and Excel)
  • Work closely with a wide range of internal teams acting as the first point of contact for all communication
  • Work within the teams performance KPIs to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded
  • Improving and renewing systems and processes to ensure greater efficiency. Regularly looking at improving the customer journey and making recommendations
  • Identify new sales opportunities and refer to relevant teams
  • Ad hoc team projects as and when required
Skills & Experience:This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing and personable individual who has advanced client relationship management and wishes to be part of a fast paced and extremely busy team. Your excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure andinitiative will be completely utilised. You will be working within corporate offices, free parking and 35 hours per week.You will have worked within a sales or account management position and demonstrate examples of providing wonderful customer service experience while working in a busy environment.Hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, home working and office working available.Duration: 12 month maternity contract.PLEASE NOTE We strive to respond to all applications within five working days, if we have not contacted you within this time frame your application has been unsuccessful and your details have not been retained.
