The Job:

To work in partnership with the HR Manager to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs.
Support the business to create a positive business culture with a motivated and engaged workforce.
To work directly with the department and direct line managers to provide systems and processes to maintain and develop the culture and core values of the business.

Core responsibilities will typically include:

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Level 5 CIPD qualified(essential)
Proven experience working at Level 5 in a HR Advisor / HR BP role.
Experience of HR within FMCG, Retail, OR Manufacturing
Excellent IT skills, proficient with all Microsoft Office Packages and HRIS and LMS systems
Naturally analytical with attention to detail
Self-motivated and can work under pressure
A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
Ability to inspire and motivate others through the use of appropriate leadership styles
Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines
Interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate with people at all levels and to motivate
