Job Description

The Job:
  • To work in partnership with the HR Manager to guide and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs.
  • Support the business to create a positive business culture with a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • To work directly with the department and direct line managers to provide systems and processes to maintain and develop the culture and core values of the business.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Level 5 CIPD qualified(essential)
  • Proven experience working at Level 5 in a HR Advisor / HR BP role.
  • Experience of HR within FMCG, Retail, OR Manufacturing
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient with all Microsoft Office Packages and HRIS and LMS systems
  • Naturally analytical with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure
  • A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others through the use of appropriate leadership styles
  • Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate with people at all levels and to motivate
