Are you a strong customer service advisor with Telecoms experience or are you techy, love all the latest gadgets and technology and are good with peopleReed are recruiting for a well established, growing organisation, based in Haslingden who are looking for 4 Customer Service Advisors, in various capacities to join their long standing customer services team.Reporting into the Managers, you will be responsible for either -Technical Implementation - Dealing with new and existing clients, helping them to set up their new phone systems, contacting networks and engineers to ensure a smooth transition and deal with any queriesMobile and Billings - Receiving thousands of data records a day and collating into easy to understand bills for your clients to understand as well as dealing with any billing queries and checking rates are correct in order to advise clients of any changesyou can offerMobile and Customer Service - Taking calls, logging faults, dealing with networks on a daily basis and transferring clients from one network to another. You will also be required to make sure clients arent overspending or offer solutions if you spot patternsThese roles are working for an expanding company who have very low staff turnover as they offer a positive and supportive environment.
