Job Description

Do you have fantastic people skills Can you deliver a great customer experience We are looking for Collections Advisors to take on this fantastic new customer service role based in Helmshore.We are excited to be partnering a fantastic client who are one of the UKs largest judicial services. We are looking for individuals to take on this Collections Advisor role, providing the front-line response to customers. If you want a great work-life balanceand enjoy speaking to people, please apply today!Salary: £8.91 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, working shifts between 8am - 8pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am - 4pmContract: Full time, 37.5 hours per weekLocation: Short commute from Manchester City CentreBenefits of a Collections Advisor:

Responsibilities of a Collections Advisor:
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers
  • Calling to take payment in full from customers for specific fines and processing the payments
  • If candidates cannot immediately pay in full, you will be transferring calls to bespoke teams
  • Updating company systems with relevant call details
  • Delivering an excellent customer service
  • Ensuring overall performance and targets are met
Skills of a Collections Advisor:
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak in a clear and concise manner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work closely within a team
  • Ability to objection handle and calmly manage more difficult customers
