* Care Home Trainer* Responsible for online and face to face training* Responsible for training complianceCare Home Training Manager is required to work in a lovely; elderly residential care home, set in beautiful grounds on the outskirts in the Hindhead/Haslemere area.As a care home Training Manager your role is full time, to provide mandatory training and coaching to the carers and teams at this residential care home. You will be responsible for the planning, deliver and evaluation of a range of learning and developmentactivities including formal induction programmes, for all frontline staff including the domestic/laundry and catering teams.
