They have expert solicitors who specialise in commercial property. They are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitorto add to their growing team.Probate Solicitor - Key Responsibilities:- Having the ability to handle a broad range of private client work, specifically with knowledge and experience in matters relating to older and vulnerable clients- Be able to deal with the management of financial affairs- Preparation of Wills and Trusts for all types of clients- The Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor will have a good understanding of removing executors or trustees, making a claim against an executor or trustees, Inheritance Act claims, court of Protection and succession disputes and power of Attorney disputesProbate Solicitor - You:- Contentious Trusts/Probate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE- Ideally looking for someone who can come in preferably with their own following already established and build up the department from scratch- Be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and have an empathetic manner- They need to be able to play a key role in developing and building the elderly client offerings through networking and business development- Good organisational skills- Self-motivated- Positive and energetic- Excellent telephone manner- Full UK driving licenceProbate Solicitor - Benefits:- Salary is negotiable according to experience- Life insurance- Pension plan with company contributions- Experience with marketing- Generous holiday allowance each yearTo submit your CV for this exciting Probate Solicitor opportunity, please click Apply now!
