LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANTSSalary: WMAT pay scale WA3 6-12, full time equivalent £17,457 - £20,443 (Actual starting salary £11,126)Hours: 26.67 per week, term time only 39 weeks per yearStart Date: as soon as possible and 1st September 2021Due to our clients school being oversubscribed and growing they are looking to appoint suitably qualified Learning Support Assistants. The school are looking for candidates who could be available for 26.67 hours per week over five days. Fewer days can be considered for the right candidate. There may also be some additional paid duties such as break and after school clubs on offer. Candidates should ideally have experience of working with young people; have excellent communication skills and a good general level of education.The role involves working closely with teaching staff to provide in class support and to work with small groups.
