Job Description

Sales Coordinator/AdministratorA small and friendly team within a well-presented office, based in Harwich are looking to expand their team. They are thriving and very busy due to the challenges and changes with Brexit.This is a fantastic opportunity to start within the shipping, logistics and frieght industry and get all training!If you have administration or a coordination background then this role could be perfect for you. Main duties:

  • Working within a busy team.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Processing shipping information.
  • Liaising with customers through the phone and email
  • Liasing with all external teams and dock staff addressing and resolving issues.
  • Responding to telephone and e-mail enquires in a timely manner.
  • Invoicing
  • Entering information onto systems- accuracy is key.
  • Will be competent with Outlook, Excel and Word. - Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 dependant on experience.
  • Monday to Friday - shift rotation 7am- 4pm and 9am- 6pm
  • Free parking available
