This Support Worker/Care Assistant role pays up to 11.50per hour. We offer flexible shift patterns and exclusive nurse led training!We are looking for Male support workers to support our Male client with his every day needs: Diagnosed with Autism, Learning disabilities, and also has OCD. Lives at home with parents and sibling. This young man requires support with all different aspectsof his everyday life; Prompting with personal care, and preparing and cooking of meals, and promoting his independence, this young man has no sense of danger, but enjoys interacting with staff and peers, although he does not have a lot of verbal speech, hewill listen to what people say and takes in lots of information. The client requires support with activities in the community, he enjoys swimming, Brush craft activities, woodwork, gardening and small animal care. He will become fixated on finishing a taskand does this at his own pace and does not like to be rushed. Therefore, support workers will be patient and understanding of the clients needs and abilities.Pay Rates: £10.50 - 11.50 (Inclusive of holiday pay)If you are over 25 with a full drivers licence, Experience with supporting someone with Autism and enjoy the outdoors:In return for your passion and experience we can offer you:
