We have an opportunity for a Global Transport and Logistic company, attracting Customs Import Managers based in Harwich. The person we are looking for must be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high job quality.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy customs team, adding extra quality to an already high skilled team, provide solutions to challenges and problems whilst at the same time working under pressure. You will be leading a customs team to deliver department objectives and KPI`s. A self-starter who can convey and implement their own vision to drive the team. Be able to create a culture that focuses on employees` strengths through training and development.
