SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic service business based in Kidderminster in their search for a talented, driven Management Accountant. The role o the Management Accountant will be a challenging and highly analytical role givingyou exposure into producing monthly management accounts from P&L to balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting as well as producing ad hoc reports as required by internal stakeholders. Reporting into a supportive financial controller this ManagementAccountant role is a great learning opportunity for someone looking to bolster their month end experience. The successful Management Accountant will have experience in a similar role or be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop. You should be studying towards an accounting qualification. You will be able to work from home 2 days a week followingsuccessful probation and bedding in period. Role: - Prepare management accounts from P&L to all balance sheet reconciliations - Produce 1st draft of the budget for relevant entities by liaising with appropriate stakeholders - Improve margin and headcount reporting - Maintain the Group fixed asset register - Maintain the Group deposits ledger - Prepare the UK Group VAT return - Liaise with payroll team ensure correct reporting of payroll related taxes - Provide supporting information for sales teams to raise invoices where necessary - Support the monthly cash flow forecast process - Lead the financial audit to completion - Provide support as and when necessary to the business management Requirements: - Part Qualified CIMA/AAT level 4 complete ideally - Further/Higher education or relevant experience - GCSEs including English Language and Maths grade C or above If this role is of interest please click apply!
