Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a expanding an Accredited Training Provider specialising nails and beauty sector and not only.We are looking for an ambitious person committed to succeed and deliver above standard learning experience for our NVQ Nails Techniques/ArtResponsabilities

  • Teaching, assessing, and supporting TNB Learners in the training centre and work-based locations to National Occupational Standards ensuring timely achievement of qualifications.
  • Keeping accurate records and adhering to policies and procedures (Learner Journey) as required to ensure that the highest quality of training provision is always achieved.
  • Develop and build positive relationships with learners to them throughout their learning programme and beyond to their progression opportunities.
Skills & Experience Sought: Being able to work with candidates from different backgrounds. Having good communication skills. Being supportive and patient. Being able to create accurate reports. Having interest in helping people to develop. Romanian language preferred (but not mandatory) as most of our learners are RomanianPreferable but not mandatory skills
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in subject/occupational area.
  • Worked or still working within the relevant industry sector as well as having worked within a teaching or assessing role.
