Build Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust based in London based NHS Trust to source a permanent Head of Engineering: £65k - £75kA key position within the Estates Directorate, the Head of Engineering will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service to the hospital which will include the operational maintenance of all the Trusts assets and equipment.Working closely and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, the Head of Engineering will have responsibility for the Estate Management operational services, providing management and co-ordination of the operation and maintenance ofBuilding and Engineering Services.The Head of Engineering will also be responsible for condition of the estate, planned and reactive maintenance, and compliance with NHS Estates documentation, i.e., HTMs and HBNs.About you:You will have in depth working knowledge of mechanical / electrical / building services in and across healthcare premises.It is essential that you have experience of working within the NHS or Healthcare sectors as well as having a good working knowledge of HTMs and HBNs.You will be a professionally qualified engineer with a related professional membership e.g., MCIBSE, MIMECHE, MIET.Due to multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) my client is looking for a well organised and thorough and articulate Head of Engineering who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.To apply, please contact Marcus MayBuild Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
