An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 4, part time, administration post with the Acute Oncology Service. This is a fixed term post, until the 31st May 2021 (also available as a secondment).The post holder will work within the Macmillan Cancer Service at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.You will be expected to manage and promote efficiency within the Acute Oncology Service. The role will require the individual to beresponsible for communicating with the multidisciplinary team and gaining understanding of medical plans. You will be expected to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist team, relevant consultants and the service manager.The post holder will be expected to display ability to use their initiative and be a good team player. Have excellent organisational and IT skills. Good command of English both written andspoken.The ideal post holder will also have knowledge of NHS targets, secretarial experience, excellent customer service skills, be reliable and professional. Knowledge of the Symphony system and ICS , PAS is desirable.The post holder will be primarily based on the Northwick Park site withan element of cross site working as we are an integrated organisation providing cover to Ealing Hospital.This advert closes on Wednesday 20 May 2020
