Our clients, an independent agency operating as part of one of the UKs largest franchise network of offices, with over 95 branches in the UK, is looking for a Sales Administrator for their busy Harringay office in London N4The ideal candidate will have previous Estate Agent Administration experience in a busy sales office and have a knowledge the Harringay property market. Working closely with the consultants to ensure brochures are up to date, and photographs reflect theproperty positively and accurately, arrange EPCS, sending memorandum of sales, welcoming clients into the office, raising invoices, ordering boards and manage appointments for the team.The team will need your support within the following areas (but not limited to) of the business: Act as an ambassador for the brand at all times, greeting branch visitors with a high level of service Create new property activity records on the company database Produce marketing material including property brochures, window cards, magazine adverts, email campaigns and direct mailers Manage photos and floorplans with and upload photos/floorplans/EPCs onto the company database Register applicants details accurately onto the system Manage and update portal property listings by refreshing photographs and content Using company templates, produce and send terms of business, offer letters and memorandum of sale documents Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings. Undertake general administrative tasks for the Director. Manage the branch enquiries inbox. Assist with the management of the branch diary. Assist with telephone and email enquiriesMust Haves! Have strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office.
