Do you have strong behaviour management experience with knowledge of de-escalation techniquesIm working with several schools and provisions that support students and young people that display aspects of challenging behaviour. We require positive role models that are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of students and young people.To help with this Im currently looking for educational practitioners with knowledge and experience of working in hostile environments, behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.We have short term roles, flexible roles and long-term roles that require additional support staff to implement and maintain positive behaviour in order Ideally, Im looking for• Candidates who have been Team Teach trained within the last two years • Candidates who have TEEACH, MAPA or any other conflict management/de-escalation techniques.• Experience coaching young people, experience in youth clubs, experience with young offenders, Experience in PRUIf any of the above requirements are relevant to you and you are seeking an opportunity, then please get in touch.Apply now with an up-to-date CV and all successful candidates will be contacted to progress their application.
