Warehouse Manager - Night ShiftREWARDS: c£40,000 to £42,000 plus company benefits depending on experience.LOCATION - Harlow, Chelmsford, Braintree, Hatfield, Romford, Braintree, Hitchin, Enfield, Barnet, St Albans, Essex, London.THE COMPANY: Excellent opportunity to join one of the genuine market leaders and recognised brand names within the Foodservice sector.We are able to provide a one stop solution to the foodservice sector including Ambient, Chilled, Frozen, Fresh, Seafood and Meat produce.Our market leading reputation is based on combining quality produce with excellent levels of service. We currently service accounts across both the profit and cost sectors and our comprehensive network of depots enables us to successfully service clients from independent to national accounts level.THE ROLE:This is an excellent role and an important one in the set-up of this depot. As Warehouse Manager for the night shift, you will be responsible for circa 3 supervisors and approximately 100 employees, you will naturally then be a superb leader. You will be responsible for monitoring divisional targets and KPI’s, ensure full departmental compliance with QHSE, to monitor stock reports and work to reduce damageTHE APPLICANT:You will be a time served Warehouse Manager with experience of working in a business that possesses a fast-moving warehouse environment, should you have any exposure to food then this might prove advantageous, but it is not essential. You will have managed a large team and be used to working with direct employees and agency staff.
