Job DescriptionYour Way Driver.Starting salary of £29,989 rising to £41,496 on successful course completion and obtaining HGV Class 2 licenceStart your new professional driving career with world-class, award-winning training and high operational standards. You’ll join us initially as a dedicated Your Way Van Driver – as the face of our business, delivering both food and non-food products to multiplelocations throughout the day. Youll work with a number of stakeholders to provide an outstanding service to our Your Way customers, working closely with our network of sales managers in specific geographic areas and building tight relationships with our customersin these areas. Your route might not be the same from one day to the next, but we can guarantee youll meet a variety of customers along the way.You will also be responsible forregular checks on your multi-temperature van and DVSA compliance. Your journey with us willstartwith a full induction and before you know it, you will have moved onto our award-winning HGV Development Programme which willsee you gain your Class 2 Driver qualification within 6 months, then the skys the limit.You will be working a 45 hour week, we can discuss the shift days and times with you at interview.Upon gaining your HGV2 licence your salary will increase to £41,496.To join us, you will need a fullcleanDriving Licence and ideally, previous multidrop or van driving experience.
