The Training & Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managers and Team Leaders in the Recruitment Servicesfunction through the delivery of group and individual training sessions and the provision of tools and resources to develop core sales skills, expert product knowledge and technical proficiency. The postholder will serve as a subject matter-expert for a rangeof online courses and technology platforms used by B2B and B2C salespeople.Your key responsibilitiesExpectations of the role are varied and individual tasks and projects will be assigned based on the requirements of the managers and team leaders within the Recruitment Services function.Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
