Job Description

My client is a global market leader and innovator providing software and services to organisations of all sizes, who want to streamline, secure and improvetheir financial processes.A hands-on technical role, working within the Operations team, operating and supporting my clients Transaction Centre’s systems. Able to install and maintain Active Directory, Windows and Linux (RHEL 7+) servers, Apache Tomcat, IIS, MariaDB/MySQL and SQL server systems and administer these systems running on Nutanix and VMWare ESXi.

  1. To support the Operations team in maintenance and running of the systems that underline the services, for example:
a) Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 +b) MS SQL Server 2014 +c) Active Directory.d) Webflo (Java and Tomcat) invoice and archive workflow sites on RHEL 7, Tomcat 8 with MariaDB/mySQL databases.e) Sprinter (IIS) EIP systemf) Jobflo, (.Net) internal workflow management system.g) Email Application, internal email processing system.h) Citrix and VMware.i) Eflow OCR system (.Net).j) To install and maintain VMs, operating systems and software.Must Have
  • A strong desire to work in a technical environment.
  • Experience managing and maintaining systems using Active Directory, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012+ and Redhat Enterprise Linux.
  • Ability to learn quickly (esp. in a technical environment).
  • Good logic and numeracy skills.
  • Good organisational skills and able to work systematically.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Have worked in service delivery and/or project teams delivering small to medium projects.
