Job Description

Support Worker£14 p.h.Community BasedPermanent Role - Regular 12 hours Night /Day/Weekend Shifts AvailableGuaranteed Contracted HoursOur client is looking their forever team. Our client is in their 60s using a trachy vent, suction system as well as receiving PEG care and support. Working in their home you will be given generic and specific classroom and hands on training with coachingfrom the Innovate Complex Care Services Clinical Lead. Once signed off as competent you will then have the ability to work on your own.This is a great opportunity as a Support Worker to add a whole new learning and skill set to your experience and fast track your career in care, offering 12 hour shifts at £14 p.h.Ideal candidate for support work will be able to display:

  • Have the ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
  • Have an understanding of safeguarding
  • Be able to fit in a family setting
  • The ability to work independently
  • Be friendly, kind and approachable
  • Work to the CQC guidelines at all times
  • Demonstrate commitment to providing high quality, safe and effective practice
  • FULL TRAINING and COACHING provided in Tracheotomy Care/Suctioning/Ventilator/PEG
