Registered Bank Community Nurse, Band 5,West Essex Community District Nursing team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join their team. They are privileged to offer nursing care in the home environment and work with a range of supporting services to tailor care to support the patients needs.As a Community Nurse, you will work within a team including phlebotomists, health care assistants, assistant practitioners, nursing associates and have the supervision of a Community Nursing team leader.You will be part of the Integrated Team with rehabilitation therapist and older persons mental health team colleagues supporting patients with a wide range of health conditions.
