Our client in the Training sector based in Harlow have ambitious growth plans for the coming year and are seeking a talented Sales professional to contact warm inbound enquiries regarding training courses, converting this interest in to a sale. On offer for this sales role is a salary of £24,000 plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses giving an OTE of £30,000 to £40,000.What does the role entailYour role as a Sales Consultant working in a small close knit team which is rapidly growing will be to contact warm enquiries and interests regarding online training courses, where people are looking to upskill themselves in new areas. You will speak with these individuals and using your product knowledge (which you will receive training for) you will turn their interest in to a sale and book them on to the relevant training.What skills will you haveTo be considered for this position you will be the type of person who is happy to pick up the phone and call through a large quantity of warm leads, as well as being someone who is quick to be build rapport, confident, driven, a self starter, willing to graft, possessing a great work ethic and a desire to earn commission on top of a good base salary. As well as having these desirable traits it would be advantageous if you have telephone sales experience and if you have sold training courses too then this would be the icing on the cake, but is by no means essential.What is on offerFor this Sales Consultant position is the opportunity to join a growing business and friendly team, where hopefully you can advance your career and also your earnings too.
