Job Description

Resource Planning and Reporting ManagerOur client is looking for a Resource Planning and Reporting Manager to ensure the smooth running of their Operations department.Job Title: Resource Planning and Reporting ManagerLocation: HarlowSalary: £36,754 per annumHours: Full time 37.5 hours per weekAbout the role:As Resource Planning and Reporting Manager you will manage a 100+ seat contact centre resource planning, including shift planning and resource forecasting.You will be responsible for implementing and managing the development of a new robust resourcing model. As well as creating resource plans including scheduling rotas and shift patterns and supporting the real-time operation of the department.About you:To be successful in the role of Resource Planning and Reporting Manager you will bring with you the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of managing the resource planning within a contact centre environment
  • Great communication skills and previous experience successfully managing teams
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret, enhance and optimise Management Information reporting conducted via multiple Excel spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience of working with Workforce Management systems to plan and forecasting contact centre resourcing needs.
  • The ability to prioritise work and plan ahead.
  • Experience of working with Workforce Management systems to plan schedules and activities.
    • Although not essential knowledge of Dynamics CRM Reporting, with the ability to understand, create and enhance CRM reports would be beneficial for this role.Other roles you may have experience of could include: Forecasting & Planning Manager, Resource Planning Manager, Scheduling Manager, Workforce Management, Tactical Planning Manager, Call Centre Planning Manager, Head of Workforce Management, Contact Centre Planning and Resource Manager, Head of Resource Planning, Data and Reporting Manager etc. Required skills
