Job Description

We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Electrical Regional Manager to help us grow in our electrical proposition in our North Region.Your core focus will be to assist our Electrical Division within our branches to over achieve KPIs and exceed sales targets. While acting as a role model for the rest of the division; whether this be safety & wellbeing to inclusion with people bringing theirwhole self to work, you will be setting the example and giving guidance for the rest of the team.Within a Regional role no two days are the same however as an Electrical Regional Manager youll be assisting with:

  • Recruitment; ensuring we have the right network in place to deliver our strategic growth plans. On top of this, making sure each new colleague has an induction and support the onboarding process.
  • Training & Development; our business wants to continuously be upskilling our colleagues to ensure theyre always learning - you can never know too much! Whether this be new products to
  • Engagement; bring belonging to our Electrical Division, we want these colleagues to know that they are vital to our ongoing plans.
  • Product support; ensure that our teams are aware of upcoming and development within products alongside the Commercial Temam.
You:As an Electrical Regional Manager youll always be striving for more, continuous improvement is a big part of this role. You will play a vital role in regards to achieving long term business aspirations for the Electrical Division. Youll be supporting anoperational change where the key drive is customer support.Required Skills & Competencies:
