Job Description

Operations ManagerHarlow EssexUp to £50k plus bonusOur client is a new business venture formed in conjunction with the UKs highest luxury car dealerships to provide the UKs very best PPF, cosmetic wrap and detailing service.Based in Harlow in Essex, in a state of art workshop, they are working with us here at Better People to source an Operations Manager with experience in this sector.Ideal Candidates

  • Will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role either as a Workshop Manager or Operations Manager in a high end luxury car dealership
  • You will have experience managing and motivating people to achieve a consistently high standard of work
  • You will have experience of maintaining a high standard of customer service, driving efficiency in all areas of the business
  • Wil be IT literate with confidence using MS Office and ideally scheduling tools/software
  • You will be experienced at work scheduling, allocating personnel to work, optimising on space and resources to ensure the most productive flow of work.
  • Candidates for this role must be able to lead, motivate and manage people effectively, building a great place to work attracting skilled individuals to join the team
