Job Description

Operations Assistant - Harlow, Essex - £30,000 - £35,000 - Bonus - office based - 37.5hrs - free parking - 25 days holiday working

  • Management of Supplier Master Production Schedule
  • Accurate recording & control of stock
  • Stock replenishment, raising purchase orders
  • Working closely with the overflow warehouse manager to manage space, back orders and bringing forward stock for deliveries
  • Management of sea freight container schedule
What skills/experience is needed:-
  • 2-4 years experience in stock control, operations, supply chain or buying
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and ambitious individual with initiative
  • Understanding of shipping terms and documentation
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
The Successful Marketing Manager will be rewarded with:
