Job Description

Salary - £38,000 - £43,000About the roleWorking within our continuous improvement team, this crucial role works between our operational and IT teams to identify, develop and implement business system solutions that improve the service we provide to our customers and the experience of our internalcolleagues.What youll be doing:

  • You will work alongside operational managers to understand their plans and challenges and identify the systems solutions they need.
  • You will develop requirements documents and identify what is a "must-have" or a "nice-to-have" so that expectations are managed from an early stage.
  • You will project manage end-to-end system related changes - from developing business cases and implementation plans through to making it all happen and then understanding how we could have done it better.
  • You will work closely with IT project managers and developers to plan and implement key system changes into operational teams.
  • You will drive a focus on ensuring our systems are accessible and fully compliant with regulations such as GDPR.
  • You will manage a multitude of internal and external stakeholders - ensuring everyone is kept engaged and up-to-date.

  • To excel in this role you will be a natural collaborator, comfortable in involving people in finding solutions and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • You will be calm under pressure and always looking for a practical or innovative solution to a problem.
  • Your ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical colleagues will make you the go-to person for all system related issues.
Your experience: Must haves:
  • One of our core systems is Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 - experience of working with this system, including cloud-based versions, would be hugely beneficial.
  • Experience of project managing system related changes.
Nice to haves:
  • You will have an understanding of recognised best practice techniques and frameworks for use in business analysis and Project management.
  • You will have the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans, with a grasp of statistical information.
