Salary: £43,000 to £46,000 per annumLocation: Harlow, Essex (3 days per week office based)Are you an experienced people professional, a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills If so, we would love to hear from you!What youll be doing:A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR team as a HR Business Partner to provide a key support service with our Charitable Operations team.Working with the largest department at the Motability Foundation, you will partner with senior managers and team managers ensuring compliance and efficiency in respect of all people related areas, providing guidance and advice at all levels in relation toHR practices and policies.You will also be a key member of the HR team, working closely with other members of the HR team to ensure a proactive HR provision to the organisation, also getting involved and leading on key people projects and new initiatives.About you:To be successful in this role, you will be a CIPD qualified (or equivalent qualification) and/or experience within a similar role alongside a proven track record of achievements. As our HR Business Partner, you will be working with colleagues at all levelstherefore excellent stakeholder management skills are essential with the ability to communicate at all levels.You will be a competent HR professional, with an up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to prioritise workload according to the business need.Must haves:
