Acorn is urgently seeking General Porters on behalf of the NHS in Harlow, Essex. You will be supporting the Trust by transporting patients between different departments on beds, wheelchairs or trolleys ensuring that the transportation is carried out in a safe and courteous manner. Other duties include waste collection.Good communication skills along with clear verbal and written skills are essential. You will be competent in the use of IT systems and will need to be flexible, reliable and punctual.This is a temporary position, with various shift patterns available.
