Job Description

Location: Harlow/flexibleSalary: c£70,000 + car/allowance + bonusSummary:To have multi site responsibility of two highly regulated pharmaceutical compounding production sites based in Harlow and Derby. You will oversee a 24/7 operation, manufacturing under licence an extremely high value product, you will provide leadership andvision, supporting the delivery of future innovation and capacity management through technology, people and processes whilst ensuring they remain compliant to their licence and regulations. This role would therefore suit someone with a commercial mindset whohas held General Management responsibility and supported strategic growth within highly regulated facilities manufacturing for human consumption.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver an effective and efficient production operation of a highly regulated environment
  • Build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to facilitate change management
  • Lead and manage teams
  • Monitor and control the manufacturing environment
  • Responsible for direct costs and budgets for stock related products
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Experienced of operating in a regulatory and complex environment
  • Sound judgement and calm decision making
  • Inspirational leadership style with experience of change management
  • Able to engage with a range of stakeholders in a high risk highly regulated environment
  • Financially astute and able to manage large budgets
