Working as part of our IT team, you will be providing first line IT support to colleagues across Motability Foundation whilst always ensuring an excellent levelof customer service.You will work autonomously and using your own initiative to own, resolve and escalate IT issues as needed along with managing the organisation of our consumables, spares equipment and stock control.Customer service is at the heart of this position, as you will liaise with other departments to ensure rapid solutions to their problems and supporting our colleagues by logging incident details on our incident tracking system and escalating where necessary.About youTo be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a similar First Line IT Support role with experience of administering Windows Active Directory and incident call handling, first line diagnostics and incident prioritisation both desk-sideand remotely.You will have a recognised IT qualification and be able to demonstrate technical interests and keeping abreast of technical trends. Alongside this, you will have the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively to stakeholders both verballyand in writing, along with a committed attitude to delivery of excellent customer service.Motability Foundation At Motability Foundation we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.
