Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Catalogue Production/Purchasing Administrator to work in the Purchasing department.If you are energetic, well-organised and want to work in a fast-moving environment,Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to catalogue production team
  • Assist with all aspects of the monthly catalogue production process from start to finish
  • Oversee collation and input of catalogue and web copy
  • Administering the website for catalogue-related marketing activities
  • Catalogue pagination and proof reading required
  • Ensure all new ranges are correctly represented on the website
  • Writing of product descriptions in the house style
  • Provide support and cover for our growing Amazon market
  • Stock control administration duties
  • Plus, any other ad hoc duties as and when they arise with catalogue production, merchandising and shipping
  • Skills required:
  • A background in catalogue production and planning
  • At least 2 years in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and an editorial eye for copy, creative and brand content
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Work to a critical path, and ensure that catalogues are produced on time
  • Be highly organised, and pin-sharp eye for detail
  • Proof reading experience, and excellent English grammar skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
